The Hollywood Bowl is one of the world's most famous performance venues, not so much for its size, but for its strikingly enduring architecture and the legendary lineup of performers who have taken the stage here since 1929. It's here that Monty Python Live at the Hollywood Bowl was filmed and the famed concert spot has been featured in films ranging from Double Indemnity (1944), A Star Is Born (1937), Escape from L.A.
