Hotels that takes customer seriously.
We were there for Valentine Day Weekend, The Hotel Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We noticed our room did not have a trash can, Housekeeping Manager and staff took care of it and apologized so many times that I felt embarrassed about complaining. the facility is 30 years old, however, rooms are spacious, clean and view is spectacular. My over all impression Excellent!! Their Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced. There were 4 various stations, omelet, Asian, Middle eastern, and regular, numerous items to list
Very nice hotel with a good location. All staff encountered (front desk, valet, concierge, hotel car and housekeeping) were outstanding. The hotel car is a great service that I would recommend. Overall, great experience
Located right in the middle of movie land the hotel runs clips of famous movies in which it featured. I enjoyed the ocean view from balcony on the 16th floor and also found the concierge very helpful in finding me a jazz club. Minor niggles: I found the bar area a bit cramped, the checkin queues a bit long and missed the drinks deals/offers which other Intercontinental Hotels offer their Ambassador guests
From the moment I opened the door to my executive suite apartment, I was in awe of the room. I appreciated size, cleanliness, the lengthy balcony and onsuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The flat screens in both the living room and bedroom were clear and large. The bed was comfortable and there were several toiletries in the room. There were robes in the closet with slippers as well. The only down side was that I was allergic to the soap. Hypoallergenic soap is needed. The hotel is kept well. Carpets are in the hallways and in rooms. The gym is not huge but sufficient. The restaurant and bar service was good but a little on the pricey side, especially for room service. The pool was outdoors. The hotel has traditional architecture and setup with modern decor. I would stay here again
