What is the Getty Villa?
The J. Paul Getty Museum is divided between two campuses, the Getty Center and Getty Villa. The Villa is a secondary museum that showcases the art and culture of ancient Greece and Rome, with plenty of exhibits and beautiful gardens that match the offerings of the Getty Center in Los Angeles. The Getty Villa is located on the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, a 25-minute drive from the Getty Center.
